Beer.
It's a mystery that's been around for nearly 6,000 years, since the time of the Sumerians. While it's changed tremendously over the last millenia, it's still a staple of societies across the world.
I decided to unlock the wonderful mysteries of beer by learning to brew it myself. It has been a wonderful journey, and one that is not yet over for me.
Some day, it might be magnificent to make a career of the liquid that has brought so many people together. From long-lost friends, to trade among enemies, to bringing an end to wars, beer has been a part of friendship and goodwill from its beginnings.
In the mean time, my dreams will have to otherwise subsist
on brewing hand-crafted beer for consumption by my friends and family in the comfort of my garage, and owning this domain. So welcome to the GingerbreadPirate.com. I
